Job Description

Job Title: HR Associate
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (On-site)
Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Job Overview:
As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in managing recruitment and HR operations. The role requires strong hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee coordination, and compliance. You will directly contribute to building high-performing teams while ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing on job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure timely issuance of offer letters.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and employee records.
  • Assist in workforce planning by coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and create a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Assist in performance tracking, HR reporting, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 1 years of proven experience in recruitment/HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and hiring practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
