Direct Sales Executives - Islamic

About the Role

Our esteemed organization is seeking a Direct Sales Executives - Islamic who will be responsible for managing the relationships with our Islamic banking clientele and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual who has a deep understanding of Islamic banking principles and can provide excellent service to customers while adhering to the ethical standards set by our organization. The successful candidate will be a pivotal figure in maintaining and enhancing our reputation in the Islamic banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and sustain relationships with existing Islamic banking clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to attract and onboard them.
• Develop a thorough understanding of clients' financial needs and tailor banking products and services accordingly.
• Ensure all banking activities are in compliance with the principles of Islamic banking and finance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective client service.
• Prepare regular reports on account status and present to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Intermediate degree but preference given to graduates.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the banking industry, preferably in Islamic banking.
• Strong understanding of the principles and practices of Islamic banking and finance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using banking software and other related IT applications.
• Age must be less then 28 Years.
