You are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Misrepresentation may result in account termination.

3. Job Applications

  • You may apply to job postings that match your qualifications
  • Your applications will be shared with employers as part of the hiring process
  • Employers may contact you via email, phone, or through the platform
  • We do not guarantee job placement or employment offers
  • You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of employers and job opportunities

4. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us:

  • Your profile information is visible to employers and recruiters
  • You can control privacy settings for your profile visibility
  • We protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You have the right to access, modify, or delete your information
  • We may use your data to suggest relevant job opportunities

5. Prohibited Activities

As a candidate, you agree NOT to:

  • Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity
  • Submit false or misleading information in applications
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse employers or platform staff
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform systems
  • Post inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content

6. Fees & Payments

Candidate accounts are free to create and use. However:

  • Premium features may require payment in the future
  • You are responsible for any fees charged by third parties
  • We do not charge commissions on job placements
  • Refund policies will apply for any premium services purchased

7. Communication

By registering, you consent to receive:

  • Job alerts and recommendations via email/SMS
  • Updates about your applications and account activity
  • Newsletters and promotional content (opt-out available)
  • Important service announcements and policy updates

Employer Terms & Conditions

Business Terms: These terms apply to employers, recruiters, and organizations using 360HCX to find talent.

1. Business Account Registration

To register as an employer, you must:

  • Use a valid organizational email address (no personal email domains)
  • Provide accurate company information and verify your business
  • Designate an authorized representative to manage the account
  • Ensure your company is legally registered and operational
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations

2. Job Postings

When posting jobs, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete job descriptions
  • Include legitimate salary ranges and employment terms
  • Not post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive job opportunities
  • Remove filled positions promptly from the platform
  • Not charge candidates any fees for applying or interviewing
  • Comply with anti-discrimination laws in job postings

3. Candidate Communication & Hiring

  • Respond to candidate applications in a timely manner
  • Treat all candidates fairly and without discrimination
  • Respect candidate privacy and data protection rights
  • Not use candidate data for purposes other than recruitment
  • Provide constructive feedback when rejecting candidates
  • Honor any employment offers made through the platform

4. Subscription & Fees

Employer accounts may have associated fees:

  • Free basic account with limited job postings available
  • Premium subscriptions with additional features and job slots
  • Pay-per-job posting options available
  • All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

5. Company Profile & Branding

Your company profile must:

  • Accurately represent your business and brand
  • Include verified company information and logo
  • Not contain misleading or false information
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others
  • Be maintained with current and accurate details

6. Prohibited Activities for Employers

Employers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Posting non-existent or fraudulent job opportunities
  • Requesting payment or financial information from candidates
  • Discriminating based on race, gender, age, religion, or other protected characteristics
  • Using candidate data for marketing or unauthorized purposes
  • Posting jobs that violate labor laws or regulations
  • Harassing or abusing candidates or platform staff
  • Reselling platform services or scraping candidate data

7. Verification & Compliance

We may:

  • Verify your company registration and business legitimacy
  • Review job postings for compliance with our policies
  • Suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • Report fraudulent activities to relevant authorities
  • Remove inappropriate or illegal job postings

8. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • Invoices are provided for all paid transactions
  • Late payments may result in account suspension
  • Disputes must be raised within 30 days of transaction date
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Common Terms & Conditions

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

  • You create multiple accounts or misrepresent yourself
  • Your account is inactive for an extended period
  • We receive valid legal requests to terminate your account

7. Dispute Resolution

  • We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably through our support team

  • You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of local courts
