About the Role

As an Assistant Manager - Customer Digital Onboarding, you will be a crucial part of our Digital Banking Division. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and streamline our digital account opening processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your passion for innovation will be instrumental in enhancing our digital banking services.

With a strong grasp of the SBP customer onboarding framework, you will be an advocate for our customers, always seeking ways to improve their digital onboarding experience. If you're eager to contribute to a dynamic digital transformation journey, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize digital account opening processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital onboarding operations.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with the SBP customer onboarding framework and other relevant regulations.
  • Participate in product development initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital onboarding processes, especially the SBP customer onboarding framework.
  • Prior experience in digital banking or customer onboarding operations is required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret customer feedback and usage data.
  • Strong passion for innovation and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
