Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial and credit risk assessments of potential corporate partners.
• Develop and implement effective risk management policies and procedures to ensure credit risks are prudently managed.
• Prepare detailed credit risk reports that highlight the creditworthiness of partners and inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the risk assessment framework and methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact our risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements related to credit risk management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate credit underwriting or risk assessment within banking or NBFCs is required.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of credit risk principles.
• Advanced qualifications such as a CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
