Retail Development Manager — Gilgit Baltistan

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Retail Development Manager (RDM) for our Digital Financial Services segment. In this critical field leadership role, you will actively shape the retail network, sales team performance, route planning, and overall market execution. You will also focus on agent engagement and driving business growth in the financial services sector.

Your role will pivot around the ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams, while achieving sales targets and improving market penetration. You will also be responsible for planning and monitoring retail routes for maximum coverage, conducting market visits, and gathering competitor insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage RDOs and field sales teams to drive performance and growth.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve market penetration to ensure business expansion.
• Plan and monitor retail routes for maximum coverage and market reach.
• Conduct market visits to gather competitor insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with agents, merchants, and sales teams to encourage collaboration and synergy.
• Ensure JazzCash visibility and business promotion in key markets to enhance brand presence and acquisition.
• Train and engage field teams for improved performance and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Master’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales management experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and English proficiency to effectively communicate and interact with diverse individuals.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Ability to analyze market data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Willingness to travel extensively across markets for business coverage and market insights.
• Familiarity with financial products/services, especially JazzCash, will be considered an added advantage.
