About the Role

The Officer Trade Operations – Trade Hub is an instrumental part of the Trade Operations Department. As an Officer Trade Operations, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and overseeing the trade operations of our organization. This role involves a keen understanding of trade operations and a proactive approach towards the management and optimization of trade activities.

You will work closely with various teams and contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of trade operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of both the strategic and operational aspects of trade operations, demonstrating excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all trade operations activities, ensuring they align with the organization\'s policies and comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with the compliance department to ensure all trade operations adhere to legal standards and internal policies.
  • Manage and optimize trade operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with various teams to facilitate trade activities, including shipping, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies in trade operations promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare detailed reports on trade operations activities for the management.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, trade regulations, and market conditions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required.
  • Prior experience in trade operations, logistics, or a related field is a must.
  • Strong understanding of trade laws, regulations, and international trade terms.
  • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software programs and applications for trade operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
