About the Role

As a Direct Sales Support Manager, you will play a key role in driving UBL Sales Center operations. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, paired with excellent leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills. This position is responsible for supporting our direct sales team, improving sales processes, and helping to achieve sales targets. Your contribution will be critical in ensuring the efficiency and success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales support team to facilitate efficient sales operations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our company's objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of sales activities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and propose actionable solutions.
  • Provide training and mentorship to sales support staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage and resolve any issues that may hinder the sales process.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and IT or related field is required.
  • Proven experience in a sales support role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Advance Excel and Power BI Tools for Sales Forecasting
