About the Role
The Direct Sales Executive is a critical member of our sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated, and confident individual who has a deep understanding of our products and the ability to communicate their benefits effectively to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing accurate information on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate but preference will be given to graduates.
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and be proactive in identifying new sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
